Refund Rules in Respect of Journey Tickets

Journey tickets surrendered the counter before 48 hours of the schedule time of departure of the bus.	10 % deduction of fare
Between 24 Hrs and 48 Hrs of the schedule time of departure of the bus.	20 % deduction of fare
Between 30 minutes and 24 Hrs of the schedule time of departure of the bus.	25 % deduction of fare
Between 30 minutes before and after the schedule time of departure of the bus.	50 % deduction of fare
